We are based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire! Since we are mobile, our exact location may vary slightly on a given day. The easiest way to find our current spot is to use the What3Words address: ///tune.reach.never.

What kind of food do you serve?

We specialise in delicious all-day breakfast sandwiches made with unique and soft Japanese Milk Bread.

 

What are your food collection hours? 

You can place and collect your food orders from the trailer between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday- Saturday's.

Do you offer any other cafe items besides breakfast sandwiches?

Yes we do!  We offer breakfast pastries, cold drinks. We also serve a selection of freshly brewed coffee, teas and matcha.

Laundrette & Wash & Fold Service

 

What laundry services do you offer?

We provide a convenient Wash & Fold laundry service. Simply drop off your laundry, and we'll wash, dry, and neatly fold it for you to collect later.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we offer collection and delivery! It’s all about fitting laundry into your life, not the other way around. You can book this service for an additional cost with a single-use package. Or, for maximum convenience and the ultimate time-saver, switch to our monthly plan where collection and delivery is included for free. More free time, guaranteed.

What are your Wash & Fold service hours?

Our drop-off and collection times for the Wash & Fold service are:

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM

 

How long does the Wash & Fold service take?

Most loads are ready for collection and delivery within 48 hours. We will send you a a message to keep you informed of your laundries progress.

What are your prices for the Wash & Fold service? 

Our service is priced by weight. Please ask a member of staff at the trailer for a current price list, or see our Services page.

Merch Shipping (UK Only)

How long will it take to receive my 'The Load & Lounge' Merch order?

Because our items are printed on demand, there are two steps: Fulfillment (making your item, 2–5 business days) and Shipping (3–20 business days, depending on the service you choose).
