As we use Printful for our custom printing and fulfillment, all our products are created on-demand specifically for you. This means there are two main steps to getting your order: Fulfillment (making the item) and Shipping (sending the item).
1. Fulfillment Time
Before shipping, your order must be produced. This time is not included in the shipping estimates below.

Average Fulfillment Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be created and packaged. Over 50% of orders ship within 3 business days or fewer.

2. UK Shipping Options & Times
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). All shipping times listed are after the fulfillment process is complete.

Important Note on Express Shipping

Express shipments require a contact phone number. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile or landline number at checkout. The carrier may use this to coordinate a quick and successful delivery. If this information is missing, your express shipment may be delayed.
3. Printful & UK Specific Information
Because we use Printful, we can offer the following assurances and need to communicate a few key details:
A. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping

What is DDP? The Standard DDP option means "Delivered Duty Paid." Since your items are fulfilled on-demand, they may sometimes be shipped from Printful's facilities outside the UK (e.g., in Europe).

The Benefit to You: DDP ensures that all duties, taxes, and import fees (including VAT) are calculated and paid upfront by us/Printful. You will not be charged any additional customs fees, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. This provides full cost transparency and a smoother delivery experience.
B. Possible Split Shipments

If your order contains a mix of products (e.g., a T-shirt and a poster, or a mug and a hat), they may be fulfilled and shipped from different Printful facilities.

In this case, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no extra shipping charge for split shipments.
C. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the fulfillment center. Please use this link for the most up-to-date delivery information.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages

Wrong Address: If a customer provides an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we confirm an updated address.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping them to you.

Lost in Transit: If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us. We will submit a claim for packages lost in transit no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
