The Mixed Load Premium Gift Box-12
1. The Monday Bake Cycle To guarantee maximum freshness, we operate on a "Batch & Blast" schedule. All subscription boxes are baked fresh and dispatched every Monday.
Cut-off Time: Orders or renewals processed by Sunday 11:59 PM will ship the following morning.
Late Orders: Any renewals after this time will join the following week’s bake cycle.
2. Shipping & Delivery We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. While we bake and ship on Monday, actual delivery times depend on the courier. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your "Load" has left the trailer.
3. Monthly vs. Fortnightly Frequency
Monthly: Your card will be charged once every calendar month, and you will receive one box per month.
Fortnightly: Your card will be charged every 14 days, and you will receive a fresh box every second Monday.
4. Pausing & Cancellations Need a break? You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Load & Lounge Customer Account. Please ensure changes are made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being included in that week's bake.
5. Freshness & Storage Our cookies contain no artificial preservatives. For the best "Lounge" experience, we recommend consuming within 5 days of arrival or freezing them on the day of delivery to enjoy later (just warm them in the oven for that "fresh-baked" gooeyness!).
