Orders and Payments

• Orders may be placed in person at our trailer or online through our website.

• Payments are accepted via contactless card or online payment.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

 

Collection and Delivery (Laundry Service)

• Laundry can be collected from our trailer within 48 hours of drop-off unless otherwise agreed.

• Customers may request delivery for an additional delivery fee, payable in advance.

• We will make reasonable efforts to meet expected return times, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Customer Responsibilities

By using our wash-and-fold service, you agree to:

• Check all garments before drop-off for items left in pockets, damage, or colour-bleeding fabrics.

• Notify us of special care instructions or delicate fabrics.

• Collect items promptly upon notification that they are ready.

We reserve the right to dispose of any uncollected laundry after 14 calendar days from the collection due date, following reasonable attempts to contact you.

 Liability and Disclaimers

 

Laundry Service

• While we take great care in handling your items, we are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear, colour fading, or minor shrinkage.

  • Items damaged due to undisclosed fabric defects or unsuitable materials.

  • Lost or damaged items exceeding the current replacement value of the garment(s).

• Customers are encouraged to list valuable or delicate items separately and discuss care options with us before service.

Food & Drink

• All food and drink sales are non-refundable once prepared and served.

• If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or unsatisfactory preparation), we may offer to remake or replace the item at our own discretion.

Allergens and Dietary Information

We take allergens seriously and display allergen information at our café and online. Customers with allergies or intolerances must inform staff before ordering.

We cannot guarantee that our products are free from all traces of allergens.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

• Food & Beverage: No refunds after preparation or serving.

• Laundry: Refunds are not available once service has begun, except in cases of proven negligence.

• Orders cancelled before processing may be refunded in full.

 

Marketing and Data Privacy

• Customer information (such as name, phone number, and email) may be collected for pre-orders, order tracking, or mailing list subscriptions.

• Customers who join our mailing list agree to receive marketing and promotional communications.

• We will never sell or share your data with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

• You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.

• Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

Service Availability

Service locations, operating hours, and menu offerings may vary. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, relocation, or operational reasons.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
